At PartyPrintz, We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Damages and issues: in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
PartyPrintz acts solely as a retailer and is not the manufacturer of any products sold in this store. All items are produced and fulfilled by a third-party manufacturer. In the event that a product arrives defective or damaged, such issues are the result of the manufacturing or fulfillment process and are beyond our direct control. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving the issue by working with our manufacturer on your behalf, PartyPrintz's liability is limited to facilitating a resolution and does not extend to manufacturing defects or damages incurred during production or shipping by the manufacturer.
False Chargebacks: please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
